TAMPA, Fla. – Despite recent polling which shows both Joe Biden and Debbie Mucarsel-Powell getting walloped in Florida, Biden is set to come to Tampa on Tuesday to claim (without evidence) the state is in play for Democrats.

His message will be strongly juxtaposed by reality. According to polling, Biden’s approval rating in the Sunshine State sits at -27%, which is nearly 11 points worse than his national average of -16%. In 2020, the year Biden was elected, registered Florida Democrats outnumbered registered Florida Republicans. After 3 years of a disastrous presidency, Florida Republicans now outnumber Florida Democrats for the first time in decades by nearly 900,000 registered voters.

Will Congresswoman Mucarsel-Powell, who has been endorsed by Joe Biden three times now, embrace Biden on his trip to Florida, or will she be running away from his record of high inflation, an invasion of our southern border, and chaos at home and abroad?
