Debbie’s Antisemitism Squad
TAMPA, Fla. – In light of Rep. Ilhan Omar (Socialist-MN) referring to some Jewish students as “pro-genocide” during a recent visit to Columbia University, Congressman Don Bacon (R-NE) is rightfully considering a censure resolution.
Team Rick Scott is calling on Socialist former Congresswoman Debbie Mucarsel-Powell to tell the people of Florida whether she agrees with her former Squad mate, who she voted with 94% of the time.
Does she think Jewish students who are being terrorized on their college campuses are “pro-genocide?” Should Rep. Omar be held accountable for her comments? Does Debbie agree with Bernie Sanders blocking a resolution condemning antisemitism on college and university campuses?
Despite being broke and in a heated primary, Team Rick Scott has faith she can put out a statement to clarify her position to the people of Florida.
Statement from Team Rick Scott Spokesman Will Hampson: “Any time any Republican says anything, members of the media immediately ask other Republicans if they condemn it or agree. We are calling on the media to ask that of Rep. Mucarsel-Powell. Does she agree with Ilhan Omar’s statement that Jewish students are ‘pro-genocide?’ Does she believe her bestie Ilhan Omar should be held accountable via censure for her comments, and how would Rep. Mucarsel-Powell vote on that censure resolution had she not been fired by voters after one term? Does she agree with Bernie Sanders blocking a resolution condemning antisemitism? Either she is willing to condemn this antisemitic bigotry, or she is on the side of pro-terrorist sympathizers and complicit in the violence we’re seeing on college campuses around the country. She needs to tell Floridians which side she’s on.”
