TAMPA, Fla. – During small business month, Team Rick Scott is reminding Florida voters of former Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell’s anti-business record. Her support for the Democrats’ insane tax-and-spend agenda is threatening businesses across the country and crushing the American dream.

In her one-and-done stint in Congress before being fired by voters, Congresswoman Mucarsel-Powell voted for the Squad’s socialist agenda and out-of-control spending. Today, Floridians are dealing with the consequences.

It was just announced that, “U.S. wholesale prices rose sharply last month, a sign that inflation pressures remain stubbornly high after three elevated readings in consumer prices to start the year.”

Inflation is causing Florida families to pay on average $1,193 more per month than they were in 2021. Small businesses are paying significantly more to operate now than they were under President Trump.

Florida businesses are fed up with Bidenomics and high inflation. Everyday products are too expensive for average American families, and voters are ready to hold Joe Biden and Debbie Mucarsel-Powell accountable in November.
