Biden-Endorsed Socialist Still Refuses To Say If Biden Is Fit To Be President
TAMPA, Fla. – Yesterday, Biden-endorsed Debbie Mucarsel Powell refused to answer whether she stands by Joe Biden after his embarrassing debate performance showed he’s not fit to be President.
She did, however, give a very odd statement. According to reporting from Politico, Mucarsel-Powell answered about Biden’s fitness for office by saying, “We all saw what we saw on that debate stage. And it really raised concerns for a lot of people. But it’s up to the president to make the case for the American people that he can lead in the next four years. And he’s doing that currently, and I’m watching as him and his campaign make that case.”
When pressed on if that was a yes or no, Mucarsel-Powell said, “I think that we still have four months … and I’m watching to see what happens. It’s really important for us to make sure that we win this election in November because so much is at stake. And a lot of what I’ve been doing is completely separate from the top of the ticket.”
It’s now been 11 days since Team Rick Scott first called on Mucarsel-Powell to be honest with Floridians about what she believes.
Yes or no, does Biden’s endorsed Florida senate candidate Debbie Mucarsel-Powell believe Joe Biden should continue to be the Democrat nominee? Yes or no, does she believe Joe Biden can continue to be President?
Statement from Team Rick Scott Spokesman Will Hampson: “Our President, the leader of the free world, is clearly not fit to carry out the duties of President of the United States. Former Congresswoman Mucarsel-Powell, who has endorsed Biden and also received his endorsement, has an obligation to the people of Florida to tell them whether she believes he should remain the Democrat nominee, and if he’s even capable of finishing his current term. While she clearly doesn’t believe she owes a real answer to the people of Florida, the media must continue to hold her accountable until she’s able to give an answer. Silence and dodging is not an option, and Floridians deserve better. Yes or no, Congresswoman?”
